Biscardi Creative Media seeks a Business Development Director (Lead Evangelist)
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities may fall into several categories, including pursuing sales leads and prospective clients, delivering presentations and proposals, and negotiating and closing business deals; developing business plans that include marketing strategies; maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions and reporting this to key staff; and building and maintaining important client relationships.
On occasion you may even get called upon to jump in and lend a hand in productions as directed by the incredibly talented staff of BCM.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred along with five to 10 years experience in sales and business management Knowledge of the film and television production industry is preferred along with a track record of proven revenue generation. Ability to work with a creative team a must, we’re a small team and you have to fit in.
A love of dogs and ability to laugh at yourself are a plus.
Skills
Excellent communication, analytical and financial skills. Personal attributes important to this position consist of strong leadership capabilities, self-motivation, outstanding ability to sell, and strong writing and presentation skills.
Bocce Ball, Rock Band, Basketball and pop culture trivia skills a plus.
Salary
Salary is wholly negotiable and will be dependent upon the candidate’s past experience and knowledge of the film and television industry. Sell more, earn more, it’s quite simple.
