Biscardi Creative Media is now accepting resumes for a contract to full time video editor position. The main focus of this position is storytelling ability. While software proficiency is important, your storytelling abilities and ability to fit in with our creative team will be the most important factor in determining the final candidate.
Biscardi Creative Media’s predominate workload is Post Production for broadcast episodics, documentaries, corporate long and short form and independent features. BCM is further expanding our script to screen production services in 2013. You can view some of our work via the following links:

Primary responsibilities & skill set include:
Video Editing short and long form projects for broadcast, internet and film distribution.
Ability to work both supervised and unsupervised to meet the client’s needs.
Attention to detail to maintain BCM quality standards.
Basic Graphic Design.
Basic Audio Sweetening to meet Broadcast Standards.
Basic Color Enhancement & Legalization to meet SD and HD Broadcast Standards.
Mastering of projects for delivery as specified.
Video Compression and preparation of materials for internet distribution.
Additional responsibilities and skill sets desired:
Motion Graphic Design.
DVD Authoring and replication.
BluRay Authoring and replication.
Management of projects through Project Management system.
Assist in Archive and library database management of all production materials.
Assist on-site clients as directed.
Help to maintain the facilities.
Other tasks as assigned by Biscardi Creative Media management.
