The Biscardi Creative Media facility near Atlanta, Georgia was designed so that it can easily service local and visiting film and television productions to Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. Our 6000 square foot facility sits on nearly 2 acres of land and backs up to a wooded landscape providing our clients with creative privacy. We’re convenient for productions in Georgia, the Carolinas, Tennessee and Alabama.
Designed for production and post production; the space provides easily configured edit suites, office space, producer suites, warehouse & insert stage, security, proximity to airport & helipad, and beautiful nearby locations for production needs.

Location
Located in Buford, GA, BCM is strategically located 40 miles north of Atlanta and 2 miles from Lake Lanier - a frequent filming location for the film industry. Our position allows us to service productions in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee and Alabama.
Transportation
BCM studios and offices can be reached by a number of transportation options. Private aircraft can be flown into the Gwinnett County Airport-Briscoe Field located less than 15 miles from BCM. Clients may also fly into Hartsfield-Jackson Airport from anywhere in the world. In addition, a helipad is available at Lake Lanier, located 2 miles from BCM.
Hotels, Amenities & Attractions
Lake Lanier Islands Resorts, located 2 miles from BCM, provides an amazing get-a-way even and offers private cabins and lake houses in addition to hotel rooms. Situated along the shores of Lake Sidney Lanier, the Georgia resort boasts 1,500 scenic acres. *We have secured special pricing for BCM clients and partners.
You’ll also find plenty of nearby hotels, golf courses, parks and a mix of bargains, boutiques, antique districts and the Southeast’s largest mall, The Mall of Georgia (less than 4 miles from BCM). Historic Buford has a deserved reputation as an arts haven, and is home to the Tannery Row Artist Colony, as well as numerous galleries. Visiting the restaurants along main street is a must.

Georgia Film Tax Credits

“Film, television and digital entertainment tax credits of up to 30 percent create significant cost savings for companies producing feature films, television series, music videos and commercials, as well as interactive games and animation.
Georgia’s Entertainment Industry Investment Act provides a 20 percent tax credit for companies that spend $500,000 or more on production and post-production in Georgia, either in a single production or on multiple projects.
The state grants an additional 10 percent tax credit if the finished project includes a promotional logo provided by the state. If a company has little or no Georgia tax liability, it can transfer or sell its tax credits.” Learn More
