	Biscardi Creative Media is proud to announce the production of our first independent short film. Developed by Cheryl Collins and Walter Biscardi, Jr., the project is tentatively titled �The Rough Cut.� Producer / Writer, Collins proposed the idea in the summer of 2004. �Cheryl told me about this idea that would make a really great short story,� notes Biscardi. �We worked it out into a full script and set to work planning out the production.�  read more
