The Story

Regret. It's the one thing we all live with. There are choices in our lives that sometimes we wish we could take back. It's the eternal, "What if?" that dogs your entire life. 30 year old military wife Jennifer Mackey has been asking herself "What If?" more and more lately. At one time she was on a very promising career path. But then along came Chris who swept her off her feet and she moved away from her dreams. No problem, I'll just pick up my career in our new home, thought Jennifer. Chris wasted almost no time in proposing to his love on a very romantic evening. Very quickly, baby Addison came along. A few years later, Maddox was born and suddenly Jennifer was a stay-at-home mother of two holding down the household while Chris was deployed overseas. Chris lives at home now and he is a good provider. Overall, she does have a good life, but it's not what she had planned. Jennifer's only connection to her old career was a few photos, a college degree and regret. She's very restless tonight and gets up out of bed. As she passes her laundry / play / computer room, a light catches her eye. It's her computer monitor, but why is it on? It's been off for a couple of days. She enters the room to explore and and nothing can prepare for what she is about to see. Life is full of choices. What's yours?
