Designed solely for video / film production and post production, this custom facility meets your technological and comfort needs. It starts when you walk in the door to Rebecca’s Atomic Lounge and goes right out to the backyard private retreat where you’ll often find geese and ducks on the pond.

Edit suites configured or Empty - Available both pre-configured with Adobe Premiere Pro /Avid / Apple Final Cut or empty for client system installation, up to 8 suites available. Machine Room includes additional circuits for easy installation of client provided equipment.
Warehouse / Insert space - 1400 square foot space with 18 1/2′ ceilings. Perfect for portable green screen work, small set studio, prop/equipment storage. 14′ garage door for truck drive in. Can also be used for classroom / event space.
Rialto Mixing Theater - ProTools HD Native 5.1 surrounding mixing room, 7′ HD projection screen, oversized chairs for 6, regular seating up to 20. Can be used as a Screening Room and Classroom / Workshop Space.
Offices - Offices of approximately. 10 x 14. Furnished or unfurnished.
Conference Room - 20 x 12 with 11′ table, seating for 8. Room for 12. 30 feet of cork board and dry erase wall. Includes 50″ plasma screen and stereo speakers, connection to machine room.
Davinci Resolve Color Grading Suite - Davinci Resolve with FSI OLED color reference monitor.
Voice Over - Our 7 x 8 vocal booth gives plenty of room for two voice talent, and features HD video feed for voice over work
Rebecca’s Atomic Lounge - Retro 50’s diner and game room. Equipped with Nintendo Wii, XBox 360, coffee, espresso, snacks, beverages etc. Can provide seating for 20 or more for production and events.
